Cancellation & Transfer Policy
We want your experience to be as seamless as possible. If your plans change, here is how we handle refunds and substitutions:
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on how much notice you provide before the scheduled date of your tour, activity, or workshop:

More than 7 days before the event, Full Refund minus a $5 processing fee

3–7 days before the event, 70% Refund

24 hours to 3 days before the event, 50% Refund

Within 24 hours of the event, No Refund (0%)
Ticket Transfers & Substitutions
If you suddenly find out you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a friend in your place under the following conditions:

Advance Notice: You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the event to transfer your spot.

Payment & Reimbursement: By default, no money changes hands through our system (your friend simply takes your paid spot).

Alternative Option: If you prefer, your friend can pay for the spot directly upon registration, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
